In 2021, engineers and energy veterans from Orsted, Enel Green Power, AEP, Sempra, Calpine, and Southern Power set out to build the company they believed the market needed: a front-end development platform for powered industrial land. They understood the bottleneck firsthand. Large-scale industrial development stalls not for lack of capital or ambition, but because the front-end work, power, land, permitting, community, is hard to coordinate and easy to underestimate.
